Spots Still Available For Softball Program's November Prospect Camp
DAHLONEGA, Georgia – (UNGAthletics.com) – The University of North Georgia softball program is inviting current high school prospective student-athletes to take part in the 2013 November Prospect Camp on Saturday, November 16 and 17. The two-day camp will last from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM and there are still slots available.
Participants will learn and practice the fundamentals of the game while showing their talent to attending college coaches. Head softball coach Mike Davenport and his staff will work with those in attendance to sharpen skills, increase understanding of the game of softball, and will give the participants the opportunity to put their talents on display.
All campers must complete and return the Sports Camp Liability & Medical Waiver Form as proof of a physical examination within the past school year (since June 2013).
College coaches from various levels may be attending this prospect camp in hopes of finding players that fit their program's needs. Prospect camp is open to any high school player who will be entering their freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year in the fall of 2013 and to junior college athletes who have the aspirations to play at the next level.
The prospect camp is limited to the first 50 applicants.
