UNG Announces Adjustments To Soccer Prospect Camps
REVISED 8.9.13 - Men's Prospect Cancelled Due, Women's Still Scheduled For Saturday
DAHLONEGA, Georgia - (UNGAthletics.com) - Space is still remaining for this weekend's University of North Georgia Women's Soccer Prospect camp. The girls' camp will remain at the UNG Soccer Complex in Dahlonega while the boys' camp, which was tentativley moved to Allen Creek Complex in Gainesville, has been cancelled due to wet playing conditions.
The prospect camp provides an opportunity for prospective student-athletes to be assessed in a training environment instructed by the UNG coaching staffs, tour the campus and facilities and play in full field games. The camp is open to any high school age student looking to pursue a college career in soccer and understand the expectations of becoming a student athlete at University of North Georgia.
Cost of the camp is $100 and participants must provide a copy of a physical dated within the last calendar year. More information can be found at the UNG Athletics Camps page or by contacting head women's soccer coach Chris Adams.
