Norsworthy Adds Hannah Stanford To Women's Tennis Team During Early Signing Period

DAHLONEGA, Georgia – (UNGAthletics.com) - University of North Georgia head tennis coach Kent Norsworthy has announced the early signing of Hannah Stanford in the NCAA's November early signing period.  The standout will join the UNG tennis program for the 2014-15 season. 

Stanford currently attends Rivers Academy in Alpharetta after previously prepping at Milton High School.  In the latest United States Tennis Association (USTA) rankings she is currently ranked 45th in Georgia and 157th in the Southeast region.

"Hannah will fit into our program very well with her game style and personality," stated Norsworthy. "She comes from a great and supportive family and we look forward to her joining us in the fall of 2014."

The 2014 UNG tennis team will open up its season on February 1 with a non-conference match with Erskine College at the UNG Tennis Complex at Yahoola Creek Park.
