 Anstett was a three-sport athlete participating in cross country, soccer and track & field ... She earned her cross country team's Coaches' Award and the Academic Award as a senior in 2011 as her team claimed the county championship and advanced to the state meet ... In track & field, she helped set the school record in the 1200 distance medley as a senior in 2012 as her team claimed the county title ... She set a personal best of 20:50 in the 5K and 12:08 in the 3200 meter ... She was also an active member of DECA, graduated with honors, was the Vice President of the Student Body and was named a Superintendent Key Scholar.
